Sysco Update
10/23/25 - Teamsters Local 162 Following rejection of the contract offer for Sysco Portland Local 162's negotiating committee and Sysco have scheduled a bargaining date for Tuesday, October 28th. An update will be provided at the conclusion of that bargaining session. Please continue to report to work as scheduled and perform your job duties as normal until further notice. |

UPS A/C Vehicle Update
10/23/25 - Teamsters Local 776 To help expedite the delivery of 28,000 air-conditioned vehicles under the current national contract, United Parcel Service (UPS) has signed a new letter of agreement with the UPS Teamsters National Negotiating Committee to begin retrofitting 5,000 package cars with air conditioning for the country's hottest delivery zone. |

It installs the just cause and due process afforded under Union contracts, along with other job improvements that they were not afforded previously. |
